I just found out that hot baths sway girls,,and this totally makes sense to me,as i have 2 boys and always shower, maybe 3 baths a year although i do live by the sea and swim alot in summer but alas salt water! So should i be bathing to ttc a girl,i am doing rephresh now though wouldnt it wash it away?It would be interesting to know if there are all girls moms who also bath often and boys moms shower as well?hmmmm?

I donīt know the answer and Iīm not a girl mom but it totally makes sense to me too, I always shower and had a bath probably 10 times in my adult life!
I donīt know if it would help if you start taking hot baths, I would think of it more as a personality/testosteron thing; boys moms just want to wash themselves and accomplish that goal so you can get on whith the next thing on your list and girl moms could tendentially chill out more and could like to just spend time in a enjoyfull and relaxing way by having a bath.
I get bored after 2 minutes when I take a bath, is this the same for other boy moms?
So if it helps you to relax and chill and spend time in a girl-friendly way, on the long run that might help to keep your testosterone down.

I'd say they sway blue - they water would probably change the pH down there
I wouldn't think the water would wash the RepHresh away - the RepHresh is designed to be sticky enough to withstand BDing and all sorts, it's designed to stay up there!

Lol Indira, I can run the deepest, bubbliest bath and then I get bored after 2 minutes too!

I honestly wouldn't give a second thought as to whether I was bathing or showering because it's something which just doesn't make sense to me - although for swaying girl I would probably avoid them around O time for the reasons rainbow mentioned, raising pH and washing away EWCM. I think hot showers/baths are said by some to sway girl for the ions.

I have a friend who I know has a bath every night and she has a girl and a boy.

Yeah too funny i also cant stay long when i do have one and it never cleans my hair like showers can.I was thinking this morning about how they say in Africa how there diet makes more girls too but they also have baths i think?Anyways i think ill skip it unless all of a sudden all girls moms jump in and they all have baths...
oH and i also have a friend who has always baths she had one girl first then a boy but probably after the second one you dont have time anymore for so many and opt to shower possibly?

Showers are a fairly new thing though - even my mum and dad had their baths in a tin in their front room in front of the fire when they were little! I don't know what the adults did - quick stand up wash maybe?!

Hot baths for DH sways pink because it lowers sperm count. For DW it would raise PH not good for swaying pink. Showers are good for DW creating negative ions!

I think that in the grand scheme of things that can alter gender ratio, whether you shower or bathe is so far down the list that I would not give it any thought whatsoever.

Keep in mind that for millions of years, humans neither bathed OR showered and the gender ratio stayed right at 50-50 all this time.

Hot baths for DH ~may~ help sway pink by reducing sperm count.

You can wash away CM both in the bath and in the shower. RepHresh is kinda sticky so unless you're really trying to wash it away, it stays where it's supposed to be.

For anyone concerned that hot bath will raise pH, remember that if you use RepHresh, it will combine with whatever it touches to lower the pH to 4.5 or so.

I agree 1,000,000 percent. :agree: Even in many places around the world right this very minute, people do not have access to showers or baths because they have no running water and must haul drinking water from wells far distant from their homes, and are washing themselves with the smallest amount of liquid possible or swimming in cold river water to wash off. Gender ratio = about 50/50.

I humbly submit that of all the many differences between the lifestyle of the typical African and the lifestyle of most of us here on this site, whether they bathe or shower is most likely NOT what is altering the gender ratio. :)
