I'm planning my girl sway in a year hopefully.

I will take :

- 1000 folate
- 300mg magnesium citrate
- 800/1000mg vitex for 3 months prior (when can't get the clomid)
- lots of caffeine
- I'm gonna work out
- aspartame
- rePHresh
- Benadryl
- LE diet 12 weeks prior.
- gonna try one attempt but probably won't gonna happen
Cause my husband doesn't believe in swaying.
- Metamucil
For DH maybe try give him peppermint tea 1 day cup a day

Thoughts ?

Well, there are things I probably wouldn't do but it's your sway your way!

Hi atomic, what would you leave out?

Do you already know that you have clomid? Or are you hoping to get it? If it were me I would probably not do the rephresh or the Benadryl on top of the clomid. If you dry things out too much there will be nothing left to swim in!

I don't have clomid. I hope for it. My Doktor probably won't describe it for me.
But when I'll get clomid I will definitely drop things in my sway

Magnesium - I wouldnt bother unless you need it for sleep or stress reduction. ONly reason it was ever said to work is because it supposedly made calcium work better so there's not much point in taking it alone.

Vitex has not been very effective and has caused lots of trouble by messing up cycles. I took it, but over time it's really messed things up so much I hesitate to recommend it to anyone without PCOS.

Be sure caffeine is coming from coffee, not tea/soda. Coffee may be what is actually swaying, not caffeine

Neither RepHResh nor Benadryl has seemed to help and both cut odds of conception. Fine to start off with them but I'd drop them sooner rather than later.

eVerything else looks great.

Yes but I have no confidence that either of them work. I do think coffee does something beneficial for swaying, cannot sign off on the other things

IMVHO diet soda does nothing.

Coffee has some magic in it. I can't sign off on anything other than coffee. I don't know that it is caffeine, I think it may be something chemical to do with coffee itself.

Any coffee is fine. I always just drank it black but a lot of ladies add in creamer or a bit of milk.
