Im not sure if the ions in a sway are important or not really ive never really looked into them too much but i have a MRI scan book for 16 November which is only 1 week before im due to ovulate if af arives on the right day. I was just going to try and use as many girl ions i the week leading up to ovulation after the MRI as i can. If i remember rightly its walking and windy weather, nail vanish, hairspray and i cant remember any more.

I want to try this month as my goal was to be pregnant before my due date came round which was christmas day. That was before the d&c resulted in me getting PID and a long recovery since. Any help anyone has would be a big help

Lavender is probably the easiest girl-ion thing you can do. You can get bath products containing lavender essential oil such as shower gel, put a few drops of essential oil on your pillow or in an oil burner, etc.

Rose quartz has neg ions as well. I read somewhere you should wear it against your skin as it works best when warmed, or something like that.

If you use computers a lot you can buy very cheap USB ionisers on eBay, or use a fan blowing over (and away from) the computer to blow pos ions away.

Some pink swayers buy Anion pads - sanitary towels that work when damp and release neg ions in that area. It's supposed to ease cramps and things during your period... but if you can keep it damp you can use it when you're not having AF.

This sort of watch is said to release neg ions as well: http://www.amazon.co.uk/SILICONE-SPORTS-SILICON-colours-delivery/dp/B0046PAKNW/ref=sr_1_7?s=sports&ie=UTF8&qid=1320089488&sr=1-7

Thank you, ive just looked on ebay and amazon and they both have rose quartz bracelets for as little as £2 up to £20 mmm now to decide if its worht spending out or just getting a cheap one. I hate the smell of lavender but will for the sake of feeling better about the mri get some lavender smelling bath stuff and try some of the oils. The iron pads i dont think i could do that walking round with a damp pad

do you think it's pretty? would you wear it if you weren't swaying?
I have a rose quartz one that I've made, a ring, and a pendent... but I think they're so pretty I'd wear them anyway!

I got a couple of rose quartz bracelets like the first one from a crystal-y shop in town and I think they were only £1 each. I didn't include ions in my sway but I thought they were pretty anyway!

Thank you everyone, i know my chances of falling pregnant this month are proberly slim but i just want to lessen the MRI sway factor by whatever way i can. Im doing the diet but have had a few off days but ive not eaten before 12 and tried to keep to it as good as i can. Im going to be using rePHresh every 2-3 days from end of af - ovulation. The day before, day of and day after ovulation be super strict and try and loose a lb or two over thoses days and have at least a 2 day cut off and no bd for at least a week before. I hope thats enough to sway but not to much to stop any chance of falling pregnant.
