Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I ate healthy, I didn’t get in the complete 9 servings of fruits and veggies though, but it was higher in potassium, minerals and vitamins, more veggies+proteins and some complex carbs.

1 1/2 months

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn’t change eating habits much besides less Caffeine.

Yes, I cutback

Just ate healthy at the correct calorie range. I couldn’t eat more calories than I needed because of weight gain.

I have been doing a weight lifting regimen for 90 days almost throughout beachbody programs. 15-30lb dumbbells. Cardio once a week.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Supplements were taken by my husband and myself every day for 1 1/2 months, sex was planned as close to Ovulation as possible, Pre-seed, mucinex & EPO was used at correct times, my diet was healthier, I am in better shape, DH participated in the sway
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I just assume I’ll have a girl & I also didn’t do a potassium blitz when needed.
Things worth mentioning:
It was fun preparing our bodies for conception.

Great sway! I wish you the best of luck – I’m expecting my 3rd girl now after a failed blue sway– but there seems to be a wave of blue successes coming, hopefully you’ll be one of them! ;)

Congrats on your bfp. Hoping there is a sticky blue bean in there after a great blue sway.
