Hi all, I've just returned home from a failed HT attempt at HRC, and I can't handle going through it again 😢
I think we will try naturally this coming month so thought I'd give a sway a go. My diet is LE anyway and I go to the gym 3 times a week and have done for the last couple of years.
I just want to check I have this right as there is so much information it is confusing me!!
1) BD only once when I get a + OPK
2) caffeine and alcohol - have it right?
3) What's the deal with supplements? I was taking a lot for the IVF, pregnacare and extra folic and coq10 plus vits d and e, stop or carry on?
4) hubby is taking olive leaf, should he continue with that?
Thanks so much in advance, this whole journey has been Incredible difficult and I'm trying to find a positive way to move forwards. I've made my peace with the fact that this next baby may be a boy still, but figured a sway is worth a shot xx
