I've been on the PCOS LE diet since about mid July, august. Recently I've noticed that my periods have lightened up and have become shorter! I also have lost close to 50 lbs since may, which is when I started dieting lightly!
I don't have as much EWCM but still do have a little bit close to my fertile window (is this something that is supposed to stop completely?)
Has any of this happened to anyone else?

Same here! I also started LE diet around July and am not even strict with limits, because hubby keeps delaying starting to ttc. Just staying roughly under 1800 cal, eating vegetarian and skipping breakfast. I have lost about 10 lbs and, what I find really crazy, just had a 2 days period. I used to have periods of 6 or 7 days! From what I have read, that's a good sign for our sways!

Yes it happens to lots of people, myself included.

I will be so stoked when I only have a 2 day period! Mine went from being 7-8 days of pretty heavy bleeding to 5 of just medium bleeding (tmi I know) that alone had me so excited!

This has happened to me with the last two cycles as well. I've also lost 20 lbs. I'm glad to hear it's a positive thing, I was a little nervous it had something to do with my age or something (I'm 40).

Don't be too sad if it doesn't happen, going from 7/8 to 5 is still an improvement!!

People message me in a panic about this all the time and assume "menopause" but seriously - it happens to roughly 70% of all the pink swayers myself very much included.
