Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I followed HE diet upto an extent but i ate only when i felt hungry. I was good with the diet in the intial months but started gaining weight.
I added more veggies and fruits and ate healthy. I did not ear carbs and protein with every meal.

I am on cloud nine that i am pregnant.

I am not nervous at all. I would be really happy with a girl too.

I am really happy that i finally got pregnant. I would be happy with either gender as this is our first baby.
