BD every other day

Ok so after reading so much I’m converting to the theory that BD EOD from AF to O is good for boy sway. Does anyone have any experience/thoughts of this, over three attempts from positive opk ?

Also what do you do at the end of your cycle leading to new cycle whilst waiting AF.. since your making attempt that month do you BD unprotected anyway to help the boy sperm environment or would you BD protected until AF appears ?

I feel wary of the EOD for blue without at least one extra attempt because it can come out like this:

O-5
O-3
O-1
O+1

This is really one functional attempt in the fertile window because O-3 may be too early and best case is two since O-5 IS too early. Even this combo is going to be 2 at best:

O-6
O-4
O-2
O Day

And if the egg drops early, you may even miss O Day and be in again, with one functional attempt. It's just not my fave pattern. So even if you can just do EOD plus sneak in one more either O-1 or 2 then that I believe is better.

What to do in the meantime is really up to you. Personally I am sold beyond sold that exposure to those semen hormones sways blue, but I understand it's a lot when you are still wondering about timing and stuff. So please just do what you personally feel most comfortable with.

I’ve explained it all to hubby, he feels more comfortable with the three attempts at O method. I think we will go with that this cycle then consider EOD plus extra attempts around O next month of we fail to conceive. Getting so close to our attempt now just want to be fully prepared to give it our full effort, You have been so helpful I really appreciate it so much

No he’s not worried about that he’s only worried for the sway itself since we had a successful shettles boy sway in the past with DS, so he’s still hung up on timing (I did explain it’s been debunked etc) so as a compromise we are going for the 3 attempts around +opk for now... let’s hope it works ��
