Hello swayers :) For the past three weeks I have been doing an hour of incline walking on the treadmill with some HIIT sprints in the last ten minutes - pretty much every single day. I have found this amount of exercise has made me so so hungry. I am wondering whether there is any extra leniency in the LE diet if you are committed to the exercise component. It is only 9.30am here and already I am starving after my work out - trying to ignore my empty, growling stomach pains to at least get to 11am for my first meal. Are any extra calories or meals allowed? (The one silver lining is my friend yesterday told me i looked really skinny.. yesss!). X

Oh my goodness, yes! Eat girl! When I did my exercise is the mornings (all the time!), my first meal was between 9-11am, second meal 12-3pm, and third meal 5-7pm! If you’re not doing 3 meals a day, you should with the exercise. Plus, you should aim for 1800 calories with the exercise to be sure you’re getting enough. This is what I did, and I got my girl this way! Just stay strict with the fat and protein limits! Don’t go over the 40-50g protein and 35-50g fat! Now go eat your first meal!!

🤞🏻for you!

Yes you can eat either before or after working out if you work out in the morning!!

Don't lose any more weight once you get below BMI 21
