Q about coconut oil

Might sound silly, but is it ok to use coconut oil as a moisturiser?
Also I just realised I eat about 12 eggs a week! Is that too much??

I ask because, I know we arnt supposed to have too much plant based fats, and although I'm not eating it, I just wanted to check it was ok for a blue sway :)

I think it only matters if you ingest it. Will be fine on your skin! :)
