Ph and big O

After the big O my PH is 5, does that mean that I shouldn't have one.

is that around ovulation? a big O won't lower pH (if anything it'll raise it), but it has other benefits for improving fertility, etc.

All the time even around O.
I was worried that big O might make me have low PH even if I was to use pre seed or BS. Thought the big O cm might come down and wash away the BS

O cm is good and alkaline! Having a big O also helps to suck the sperm up towards the cervix (and you want lots of it there for ttc boy!) and I always had one when conceiving my boys.

I hope so. Maybe I am not testing big O cm properly.

You are probably getting more of the fluid from the vagina and labia etc rather than closer to the cervix.

No, you should always have one for TTC blue if you can.

You will prob. start to see that number come up with diet and supps and even if not, a lot of us (myself included) have had pH opposites.

having O do not change my PH a bit. So don't worry. Only diet and drinks can help getting it up.
