Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was basically just eating regular when I could, nothing extra. With chasing around a 15m old this summer it didn't do anything for a HE diet

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He normally eats pretty well regardless. We did grill a lot this summer and he ate a lot of meat and potatoes.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
No caffeine, but the night we conceived there were a lot of alcoholic drinks to be had!

Few and far between: close to O day, multivitamin and vitamin D.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Lack of diet/exercise; lack of BD; lack of CM
Things worth mentioning:
This was a total surprise for us - we were not planning on getting pregnant at this time so I had no chance to sway or do anything. Just trying to embrace this baby, regardless of gender!
