Hi,
I was wondering if I could take folate 1000mcg along with my prenantal (rainbow light) which has 800 mcg of folic acid. Am I allowed to take them together? TIA.

Yes that's fine!

the only reason not to would be if you have MTHFR mutation and cannot take folic acid. There is no harm in mixing and matching the two, it's just that some cannot take folic acid AT ALL and need ONLY folate.

Good to know! I just bought two bottles of folate and I didn’t want to have to send them back haha! I just keep trying to come up with reasons why I might not be getting pregnant. I figured maybe what I’m taking/not taking could have something to do with it all.
