I’m 10 dpo not pregnant :( I did make my one attempt at first positive Opk but didn’t ovulate till 3-4 days later so our chances were low :( :( that’s too long of a cut off for me and my husband (we’ve tested 3 plus cut offs before in the past) usually i ovulate 2 days later not 3 plus :/ 6th month ttc.
I’m trying for twin girls. The obgyn wants me to take 50mlg clomid days 5-9 then a ultrasound on day 12 to check for eggs follicles whatever lol she said I should ovulate around cycle day 14?
I’m 10dpo not pregnant waiting for Af to come any day. The doctor said on day 2 of period she wants to do a ultrasound to make sure there’s no cysts and if there is i won’t be able to use clomid?!? I’ve had follicular cysts before in the past from a irregular cycle..praying I don’t have any.
So now that I might be on clomid this cycle what changes for a girl sway/what should I know/do for a girl sway?!

clomid can make cysts worse so it's good that she's checking. Wish more docs would.
They are super rare though. I can count on one hand the number of people who have had them
No antihistamine, no jelly, J and D at 5-10 minutes instead of immediately, no abstain or FR, no herbs
Keep diet, exercise, one attempt for the first month (if you want to or go straight to e4d)
Then go to e4d, do that for 2-3 months, then do e4d plus one additional attempt at pos OPK.

I’m also prob doing the trigger shot which makes you ovulate by 36-48 hours so I’m thinking to have my one attempt that day if I do that ?
What do you mean don’t abstain I thought to still do one attempt??

Abstain and one attempt are not the same thing.
You don't have to do abstain with one attempt. Just have hubby do regular release every 2-4 days but keep one attempt.
Yes yes have attempt day of trigger

Oh I see thank you for clearing that up!!
And update no cysts at all!!! I had tiny follicles on my left ovary but she said that was normal for being on af guess I’ll ovulate from that ovary I did last month..also my uterus is tilted back a little never had that before they said it can happen after child birth..she said it doesn’t harm my fertility so that’s good.
Soooo Starting clomid Monday-Friday cycle day 5-9 checking follicles cycle day 12 I’m not doing a trigger shot this time because she doesn’t do them anymore at her office I might have to get it from a fertility specialist. But so I’ll keep track of opks I found out I keep doing a 3 day cut off I don’t ovulate until 2-3 days after my first positive! It gets darker and darker until it’s blazing and then I usually ovulate the next day. Clearblue is accurate for me. Sooo this month if my first positive looks like it normally does I’ll wait till the next day to make my attempt but if it looks my usual second day line color before my blazing I’ll bd. I guess it’ll depend on how clomid works with my body!!
What do you think?

tilted uterus does not affect fertility and doesn't sway either. :)
Ok yes go ahead and aim at the day before you think you're going to O and/or do e4d too.
