Hi Everyone,

I have twinboys from 3 years old and within now and a year I want to start with a LE diet to try do conceive a girl. I don't know when to begin the diet. At the moment I am psychically and emotionally not in a good shape. I have had a scan and I have way to high cortisol (stresshormone) and my colonic flora is not good, therefore I have lack of almost every vitamin in my body. The question: high cortisol sways blue right? Should I wait until my body is in a better place (when my cortisol is lower) so I van handle the diet better, or start the diet now?
Thanks you so much in advantage, I am so grateful for this website full of information :-)

we don't know. I do not want you on the standard LE Diet, I want you on atomic fertility diet in this thread, 5 from the top.

We do not know what your cortisol levels have to do with swaying, if anything. I think you should do what has worked for most people, most of the time, and TTC after 12 weeks on the alternate diet I posted above.

Thank you so much for your answer Atomic Sagebrush! So you don't think that stress sways blue? Isn't it proven? I have read it multiple times on this site, so I am en bit scared for that..:-( Thank you in advance!

No, it's not, and in fact several studies have proven it sways PINK.

I would not give you false information, of course.

What we have observed is that people who are control freaks and always putting themselves under stress (to have the perfect sway, for example) tend to have more boys but that is not due to the stress. people who are under stress that they cannot control have more daughters and htis has been proven in studies.
