Has anyone had the exact same cravings and symptoms, (nausea, headaches hair growth etc)
And had a different gender?
Anyone??????
Pregnancy is exactly the same so I've convinced myself it's a boy!
Gender anxiety sucks :(

Symptoms have been similar with all of my boys but also very different. With my DD, the morning sickness was just as severe as with my DS2, and I too felt like this was going to be another boy. Cravings were different and skin and hair were also different.
🤞🏻for you!

My friend has opposites and had the exactly same pregnancies both times. Also my other friend has opposites and had very different pregnancies. I think each pregnancy is it’s self so don’t read anything into it - it might just be what your body does in pregnancy - doesn’t mean it’s one sex or the other - GL !!!

Symptoms don't and cannot predict gender because Y chromosome is dormant till the 10th week, not making testosterone.
My two pregnancies that were the most similar were my 2nd boy and my girl. My other three were as different as night, day, and a tornado LOL

But what about after 10 weeks??
I'm now 11 weeks and I'm having the same nausea as last time with my son??
Questioning everything I eat and feel! Ah this is shit!

When you say your pregnancy with 2nd boy and girl were similar, did you have more sickness with both or was the similarities something different?

If you are determined to beat yourself up about this nothing I can say or do will deter you.
But again, as I mentioned above, my only two similar pregnancies were my 2nd son and my daughter. My other three pregnancies (all boys) were completely dissimilar from one another and from the two similar pregnancies.

I had by far and away the least amount of sickness with those two pregnancies.
Not sick with DS 2 and DD except in passing.
Terribly sick with DS 1, 3, and 4.
There is no correlation. None. It's been proven in studies that morning sickness (not hyperemesis, just regular morning sickness) has NO correlation with gender.

You're right! No amount of words from anyone or any google search will ever put my mind at rest because even I know, it means bugger all! Everyone, every pregnancy is different! I had cravings that pointed to a girl when I was having my son, so rationally I can tell myself it means nothing! Anxiety is a horrible thing tho! Very hard to overcome
So until I have that ultrasound I won't know!
I need to prepare to hear boy and then a girl would be a wonderful surprise
