Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was never a big breakfast fan but had breakfast every single day thoughout my diet. Mostly Cereals with milk and Eggs. Snacking every 2-3 hours like dry figs and dried apricots, banana, Potato chips, sweet potato, fruit shakes and smoothie. Red meat every single day.
2-3 fruits and vegetables per day
Green tea 2 cups per day
2 glass V8/day

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes xx
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He was on diet, but he skipped it for me and ate everything I made xx He was very cooperative, he believed in me when i started talking about swaying and made my sway journey easy for me. xx

NO
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
160lbs (I put 4 kgs in 45 days diet LOL but its all worth it xx )
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I did very little exercise and light weight training (4-5 days a week)

Great Diet and support of dh <3
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Less exercise, a lot of stress, No BD after those 3 attempts.
Things worth mentioning:
-I ovulated from my right ovary the month we tried (I don't know if that is true, but worked for me)
-Dh had stong coffee 30mints before first attempt and I used Baking soda Douche 1 hour before attempt.
- Dh had redbull 30 mint before second attempt and I had big O before him
