Thanksgiving cheat day?

Hello everyone! So I know the girl diet is pretty strict but will one cheat day completely ruin everything? I have special recipes that I make every year and would love to enjoy them with my family [emoji2]

Absolutely not. I had a cheat day maybe two or three times right before my DD. A few days won't undo your hardwork!
