Hi ladies,

Unfortunately I'm stuck in a little bit of a pre sway holding pattern. I'm wanting to ttc in April - Jun 2018 but haven't got DH on board 100% yet. He's receptive to the possibility of #3 (although he's very happy as we are and would likely stop here if I didn't push) but he's definitely not on the same page timing wise. Anyway I'm still trying to improve my condition and chances of blue over the next couple of months in case I am able to get him on board with my desired timeline.

Already started taking a multivitamin but what supp is the next best for a blue sway? Vit D? Probiotic? Fish oil? I ask as finances are one of the pressures that is causing DH some reluctance on my timeline so don't think I'll get to take all the supps I'd like if I have $ to splash.

Secondly I've had the Mirena in since Jun 2016 and in an ideal world would have had it removed by now but not wanting to without DH being on the same page. Since it'll have to stay for a while yet I'm curious about exposure to DH sperm vs having the Mirena still in place. I know exposure to sperm is good for a blue sway so the only up side i can find to still having the Mirena in is we are both comfortable BDing unprotected. If i did have the Mirena removed we would be scared to BD unprotected at that point and would loose the effect of exposure to sperm. Is the exposure to sperm enough up side to counteract the fact I can't get the Mirena removed yet?

Thanks

Multi, then probiotic, then Vit. D, then fish oil. Fish oil is the least important IMO since you can get those fats via foods.

I can't answer your second question without a side by side study, unfortunately. I just don't have the data to say if one is better/worse than the other and how it all might work.

Thanks for the info on the supps Atomic. Makes things much cleaner.

Is additional Vitamin D needed of your multivitamin has 1000mg of it?
