As long as I have been swaying and on the PCOS LE diet I’ve been having quite a lot of aspartame, in the form of sweet n low in my coffee every morning and diet cokes. I’ve read conflicting information on aspartame and was hoping for some input!
Thanks in advanced :)
I don’t know if this makes a difference, but I do have quite a bit of weight to lose, it does make me bloated but nothing crazy that drinking a lot of water can’t fix. It’s one of my guilty pleasures, but I would totally cut it out for the remained af my sway (about 6 weeks) not sure if that would make a difference or not though :/

I like you guys to stick with only the safe approved amount for use during pregnancy which is 2-3 servings. (12-16 oz)

Oh great! So my one sweet n low in my coffee is fine! I’m having a hard time cutting it out completely, especially since cutting down on sugar (Carmel pumps) in my coffee, probably the most difficult thing for me to give up!

I was wondering this as well, the information is so conflicting... I'm going to stick with my 1 diet mt dew per day then :)

I know what they say on "the other site" but I was on that site for 2 years during which time I saw plenty of people getting opposites ingesting artificial sweeteners at a rate that was terrifying and I just cannot recommend it for anyone beyond the approved safe amount.

I’ve definitely cut down on the artificial sweeteners. I only have it in my coffee and occasionally have a Diet Coke: I don’t want to start going too overboard on anything and end up harming my sway/health
