i drank instant, i think as long as its not decaf then its ok :)

I think it's mostly the same although it may have a little less caffeine in it because of how it's processed.

Instant is the only coffee I've been drinking so I hope so! My mum only drank instant (ALOT) and she has 2 girls

Im also drinking just instant coffee so i hope it works:) how many cups of coffee are u drinking? Me around 4-5.
