OH 39 years old with high sperm count

Hi,

We had OH's sperm count tested before we conceived DS (approx. 3 years ago) and were told he had a high sperm count (45 million).

I am unsure how to BD with this in mind.

My current idea of sway looks like this, but I don't know with regards to BD.

Girl Diet, CBFM, BBT, Cut off, Vitex for me, Liquorice Root for DH, Hot Showers and repHresh.

Any thoughts?

I would say frequent release is the route you would want to go.

No worries, 45 million is not super high. It's a nice, normal amount. In fact it's a little below average (60 million is average). And anything can change within 3 years time so you cannot base anything on a sperm analysis done 3 years ago.
