Purchased full plan

Hi I purchased a full plan but I have not received anything in my inbox or my spam folder yet? Could somebody please help? I’m also having a really hard time navigating the forums and downloaded the tap talk app to see if it helps but I’m still very lost and confused! Apologies in advance

If you purchased a custom plan, it usually takes Atomic about a week to get it back to you. If there's anything else you bought and you still haven't received it, NBP or Atomic can help you with that. Sometimes it's a technical issue.

Just to clarify, you should be able to access questionnaires right away, the same day you buy them, although sometimes you have to log out and log in again first.

after I get your questionnaire then it takes me 7-10 days to do the plan

But if you don't get your questionnaire right away let me know because occasionally there is a glitch or more often, people get the questionnaire and can't find it so I can give you a new link to it.
