I wanted opinions on my current boy sway lifestyle. My husband wants to try this month (as in Thanksgiving week)! After three girls (one of which we lost) I am scared to death it's going to be another girl. For about two weeks I have followed the following diet but just because I was actually dieting to lose weight. I didn't realize you could actually sway. Had I known I would have done things differently. Is it too late to sway boy??

Diet since 11/1:
1200 calories during the week consisting of

Cereal with almond milk
Coffee with half and half and sugar
Banana for snack
Avocado for lunch
Box of raisins
V8 energy drink
Two medium potatoes with salsa for dinner w/ added sea salt
Spinach with lemon juice
whole bell pepper

Don’t count calories during the weekend and basically eat awful

Cereal
Coffee prepped the same
whatever I want for dinner

Supplements:
Prenatal
Woman’s one a day
Wheatgrass shot

DH is taking men’s one a day

I week prior to 0:

Take Mucinex three times a day (only contains gh)

O day:
Using predictor kit to detect O

When BD comes next week (yikes)

DH to drink coffee an hour before and Doggy style with preseed (should I even bother with preseed)

You always have a chance, and I've seen people get boys with shorter sways, but 6 weeks on the diet is recommended.

Since you already have girls, I'd want to sway harder, personally. Right now you have a diet that is pretty girl friendly. Your low calories and lack of animal fats and protein are pretty big red flags. I'd wait.

Try having some full fat dairy starting today and get rid of the almond milk!

Agreed that given you may already be naturally girl friendly (based on three girls) and that there are definitely some pink sway tactics in your recent diet I'd hold off a month orbtwo. But that's just my opinion.

TP is right though that you always have a chance at a boy, swaying or not.

I cannot ever recommend anyone trying for a boy on 1200 cals a day.

I would drop almond milk totally and switch coffee for tea

A lot of what you're eating is super low in protein, you need protein and carbs at every meal and snack plus a good intake of saturated, preferably animal based fats to have the best chance of a boy. :)

Good luck and blue dust!
