Hi! So with the weather getting colder and my boys being inside more would walking around the house for an hour or just in place while watching TV count as my hour exercise? I could jog a little or run in place to get heart rate up. I still want to go to gym as much as possible unless the weather is bad but they also close a lot during the holidays.

Could you do cardio workout videos at home? There's some good ones for free on Youtube. Walking around is fine although I think I'd be bored walking around my house for an hour. lol I just used an exercise bike in my living room while I watched a show or movie. I think really all that matters though is getting in the hour of some sort of exercise that gets your heart rate up.

Maybe y'all can help. For some reason, I thought I read to not do exercise because that sways boy. Is that true or did I misread? I was working out daily when I got my boy.

It's moderate exercise or working out with weights that can sway blue. Cardio for 60 minutes for 4+ days a week has gotten good results for pink. If you have PCOS then even a moderate amount of cardio can be good, but otherwise stick with the one hour.

Yes that's fine, although I think it might be more fun to do a workout video or Youtube

Cardio exercise 4-7 days a week for 60 min or more + weight loss on a lower protein diet absolutely sways strongly pink and we have the data to prove it.
moderate exercise especially weight s + weight gain + higher protein diet sways blue

Aiming to do the abrupt diet change for next cycle with low protein, low fat, high calcium, and a 2 day cutoff. Hope it's enough. Got pregnant third cycle last time with no sway and in hindsight I unintentionally swayed boy and got boy.

Be sure you're sticking in limits for fat and protein though. 40-50 g protein, 30-60 g fat do not drop below that because that's the minimum cutoff for getting and staying pregnant
You're better off getting calcium via supps and not foods since most calcium rich foods are very nutrient dense
