14 weeks pottie shot - girl?

Hi all,

2 days ago we had our private scan for gender. I was 14 weeks 1 day. Tech wasn't sure but she would guess girl.
I'm so happy to hear that of course but she didn't sound really sure about it. So I'm doubting too... I'm scared to be happy having finally my girl after 2 boys, but finally hear it will be a boy. I was so sure in my mind already, the baby would be a boy.

So what are your thoughts about the gender?

Hi I’m not an expert but I’ve got three boys and it was very obvious they were boys from the ultrasound so I’m defiantly thinking this a girl congratulations [emoji166] xx

looks girly to me, the techs see a lot more than we do in the scans so if s/he said she thinks it's a girl I'd be cautiously optimisitc!

38252Yes id say that's a girl! My daughter had one that kinda looked like balls at 15 weeks but no penis, so it was swollen lips lol

Looks girl to me too!! I'm due with ds2 in 2 weeks so that's 2 boys I've seen on scans and it never looked like that!

Indeed that's exactly what I was thinking and making me doughtfull. Between the legs I always saw scrotum. So I thought they must have missed the penis, there was no way that could be a girl :-) I had a total different thought about a girl-pottieshot where I thought (at 14 weeks though) I would have seen nothing at all between the legs or just those typical stripes. But it was nothing like that in this scan. Thank you so much for your story about your experience with the scan of your daughter!

Tomorrow I will have my scan. Little bit nervous... I so hope he can confirm it's a girl :-)
