Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum but I have read posts extensively. Thank you very much for those brilliant discussions. In December, DH and I will be trying for a baby for the first time. Ideally, I would like my first born to be a girl and here is the plan I have been following over the last 6 months or so. Thank you for your support. Please shout if I forgot anything.

FOOD
Dont eat breakfast, potatoes, meat, tomatoes banana, coffee or tea

Eat lots of pasta, cheese, veggie such as broccoli carrots, milk chocolate.

Drinks lots of juice (no banana) and herbal tea (ginger, mint, raspberry)

Try to avoid sugar and salt but find it difficult. No processed food or fast food.

SUPPL
Calcium and magnesium
Folate (Folic Acid)

LIFESTYLE
My BMI is normal and I have lost 8 pounds in the last 6 months. I am trying to look after my calories and portion size but find it hard. I dont tend to snack much during the day.
2 months ago I quit alcohol and cigarettes but still have an occasional drink (once a week or less)
DH has mostly the same diet. Maybe have some chicken here and there. DH quit smoking too. Our PH average is 7 for him and 4.5 -5 for me. I do flowing yoga 60-75mn a day

ATTEMPT
Next ovulation is right after half moon and before new moon. Will be using something similar to Represh, lavender candles and essential oil. Missionary and J&D. Not sure about the abstinence (Im 34 and DH is a couple of years younger)

Feel ready but never feel ready ... argh :) :pinksperm:

You can eat potatoes, tomatoes, banana. These were avoided on the mineral diets but we don't use those diets here.

Coffee has been among our most effective pink sways. Again, this was on the mineral diets and has been totally debunked. Tea does appear to be blue friendly.

go light on the herb tea, don't have any more than 2-3 days a week for any type.

If you want to use mint tea as a supplement you need to drink 2-3 cups a day from AF-CD 12 or positive OPK whichever comes first.

We have found that alcohol is a great pink sway, it's fine if you prefer not to drink, but don't avoid it for the sake of your sway.

I will probably put absinence in your plan given DH's age
