Hi all, hopefully I'm posting this in the right section but just wanted to get some clarification on what to do next for my pink sway...
So bit of a backstory....I've been TTC for about 9 months now with no luck. I've been on Le the whole time however have definitely dropped off on being as strict. Still sticking to Le principles such as fasting, alcohol no snacking but haven't been eating purely vegetarian anymore and do relax a lot on the weekends.
Was exercising but also stopped due to back injury. Slowly getting back into this...
Tried one attempt for 2-3months and have been doing e4d since. I've also added the extra attempt at pos opk last month, plus did a blood work analysis/timing for that month & no luck. All is ok hormone & sperm wise for myself & DH.
So I guess the question is where should I go from here? My e4d is cd 8,12,16,20 etc OR do I try e3d which just to clarify to me this is cd 8,11,14,17?
Thanks for all your help x

I think it’s time we get you pregnant. I am inclined to have you either keep up E4D with an additional attempt at positive opk AND continue E4D all cycle long. You could be ovulating later than you think. It is also reasonable to do SMEP. If you want to give this a try, know that it is best odds for conception but not as pink friendly as E4D with another attempt at positive opk. SMEP works like this: BD night of first positive opk and the next two nights in a row. Take the 4th night off, have another attempt the 5th night, and continue with E4D from there. I like continuing with E4D after the 5th attempt in case ovulation is delayed. I would NOT do E3D as I personally don’t think it increases the odds of conception- I think E4D with another attempt at positive opk and SMEP are better for this. I know it’s hard to decide what to do here- Atomic will weigh in- in the meantime- hang in there! It took me 12mo and 8 cycles to conceive my DD! It sucks when it takes so long to get a BFP!

Hey XX, thank you for replying. We did something similar to SMEP when we conceived DS1 so I know that's pretty blue friendly for me, but if you don't think e3d I'll continue with e4d plus extra attempt at pos opk.
As you know it can be very draining & I feel like I'm losing even more LE principles as time goeson & the will to keep swaying in general, so I appreciate all your advice.

Also congrats on your beautiful little girl x

I'd either continue with e4d plus one or else do SMEP. I am not a fan of e3d.

And yes please let me reiterate what XX says - you need to keep going with e4d even after that in case of delayed ovulation.

I really, really don't love e3d. it's both boy friend and not even a great way to conceive (since it's really easy to end up with only one viable attempt with e3d anyway!!!!) Pointless and not worth it. Just do e4d plus one.
