Drop the cal/mag, vitamin drink, and the cranberry as it can sway blue. There's absolutely no way you're eating enough food with your diet consisting of cake and candy. You need enough protein, fat, and calories to get pregnant AND stay pregnant. LE diet is 1500-1800cals, 50-60g protein, 30-60g fat. You need to be within those limits to keep ovulating. You can eat whatever you like but it's best to skip red meat and fortified foods like cereal. Beans, tofu/soy, eggs, grains, and dairy are great sources of protein although no need to go crazy with dairy. Vegetable based fats are best. Do not count low carb fruits or veggies in your totals as they are free foods. High carb fruit and veg count calories only. 2 to 3 meals a day, but up to 4 is fine. You don't need to fast all day, just get that overnight fast of 12-16 hours. With just 2 or 3 meals a day, you'll have them spaced out enough. Doesn't matter what time of day you have your attempt, just have your one attempt at pos OPK.

Please let me know if you have any other questions! Happy to help.

Hiya thanks for your reply :) to be honest my diet has always been pretty unhealthy / like the one quoted above ...

By my calculations i should be getting atleast 30g fat a day and a good 100g of actual meat a day with main meal.
calories should be 1500 minimum based on calculations again,

I really like my vitamin type yoghurt (bit gutted it not allowed to be honest :( but what can i have that would be good for sway for breakfast then? i was under impression calcium rich is a good idea so any ideas what i could have to help this along??

Too add tho, i will be starting to do cardio.. i dont normally haha. i was planning to do some form of exercise 7x a week, sat/sun casual walk with dogs, mon-fri zumba -10mns-
and walking dogs.. opinions?
i am also planning to do some toning up and some of that will be with weights.. more for myself then conceiving here to be honest...

The whole calcium=girls isn't true. We've found that calcium rich diets tend to yield more boys.

30 grams fat is the absolute MINIMUM anyone should get so please be sure you're eating enough of it. There's about 30 grams of protein in a 100g piece of chicken but you need to get closer to 50g protein so be sure you're getting other sources of protein as well.

The best study ever done on diet and gender of baby conceived actually found the women with the highest cal/mag diets ended up with the most BOYS. All the other studies that claim to have found the opposite are all done by people who are selling high calcium sway diets and are pretty suspect.

BUT that having been said I understand it's hard for you guys to give up on that concept so if you want to take cal/mag that is up to you provided you get the kind without added vitamin D and don't eat tons and tons of dairy.

That really doesn't seem like enough food to me but if you've added it up and are getting 1500-1800 cals, 40-50 g protein, and 30-60 g fat then it will be ok.

Try whenever it's convenient. We haven't found any correlation between time of day and our results.

I would skip the toning for now but up to you

The thing with the yogurt drink is that if it has tons of added nutrietns it may be better to find something similar but less fortified. It all depends though - if you want to continue with it totally up to you esp. since you're not eating that much otherwise.
