Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I added coffee several times a day and 2 ounces of alcohol with dinner most nights. Stopped the alcohol this cycle, as was led to by my lord. usually ate 1200-1500 calories a day, because when I started in March I still had weight to lose. Really not much different than I'd been doing since last October to lose weight. I hadn't done the alcohol and coffee. 16 hour fast in between dinner and the next days meal. No snacking. Ate 2 times a day, sometimes 3 following the guides from the pcos Le Diet. Added two bottles of crystal light a day, and two cans of Diet Coke. brought my calories up The last two months so I could focus more on maintaining my weight to get my body to a point of conceiving finally! Added in 4 whole eggs a week.

2oz a few times a week, but actually stopped this cycle as I was prompted to by my lord!
Did you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine at least once a day
Any Diet Details?
I stopped tea and went to five cups of black coffee daily. Added about 2 ounces of alcohol a few nights a week. Actually stopped this cycle, as I was prompted to by the lord! Big change for me. Have lost 106 lbs since I started on a healthy journey October 12, 2016. Smaller than I ever was before when I conceived my other babies! Consumed hardly any meat, maybe the occasional chicken breast or turkey. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, black beans, Whole grain breads, plenty of peanut butter sandwiches, egg sandwiches, occasionally baked potatoes. I have up to two diet Cokes daily and two bottles of Crystal light. Complete opposite when I conceived my boys. Had gained weight, complete couch potato. The more sweets the merrier. Snacking galore. Regular pop. I'd love to say I was healthier with dd1, I did consume plenty of coffee. I remember. That's about all I can say with her.

I had a rainbow baby girl outfit under my mattress, a wooden spoon under my bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Diet, exercise 60 minutes 5-7 days a week, Femara, coffee,Crystal light, Diet Coke.
Lost weight ,instead of gaining this time!! my huge faith in the lord, without him none of this would be possible!
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Had big O, dh complained without it, it was too much a chore. I did whatever to make him happy so he would continue to contribute his part needed. The lord will give us the baby he feels is the best for our family!

Very thankful for PBN she is the sweetest and always willing to help, she has the biggest heart! When I was feeling down she was always quick to raise my spirits, and give me guidance!
