Did it work? My thought is that if taxing the maternal resources can sway girl, why can’t this help? Losing a pint of blood or donating plasma 2x a week would certainly be a loss of maternal resources, right? Blood banks are always in need of blood, same with plasma, so even if it doesn’t work to sway, it could still save somebody else’s life. I try to give fairly regularly anyway, but wondering how much this could affect a sway...

***Obviously not everybody could or should give blood or plasma, and shouldn’t do so just for the purpose of swaying, it might affect fertility, and everybody should consult their doctor first, etc***

Just wondering if it has been done, and what the outcomes were. Or if there are any studies out there regarding blood donation/blood loss and gender ratio.

I think I answered this once already this week????

No one has done it. I feel like once in a while it may be ok but we have really had the opposite problem - people getting too run down to conceive even on a pretty easy diet. So I just can't sign off on it except periodically. 2x a week seems like way, way too much to me.
