Hi i currently take a high dose of Biotin daily... 10,000mg.
Does this sway any gender? is it dangerous in anyway to fertility/conceiving? thank you

I hope you mean micrograms?! Even so, that's A LOT and probably more than a person should be taking unless directed by your doctor. There's no set upper limit because there's really no data on it but the daily recommended allowance is 35 mcg for women. I think it would sway blue but 10000 is way too much. Any reason you're taking it?

Thanks for reply! :) its one of them, i want to grow my hair out things... it has helped so far.. however i have figured now i am thinking about a baby this may be miles to much not just in terms of swaying but just its health :/
Is this best dropped then?

I can not ever in good conscience recommend megadoses of nutrients for anyone. It's just not a good idea for anyone to do for any reason. I know there are people who claim this is safe, but we have found time after time that things that were once said to be safe are not safe.
I strongly recommend weaning off of this gradually. Do not just stop cold turkey because your body is already excreting massive amounts of it trying to get rid of the stuff and if you stop it suddenly you can go from having too much to having not enough. You need to give your body time to adjust so start spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them.
