Hi All,
I just had a chemical pregnancy. This is my 2nd cycle after chemical. I have pcos and i was taking femara to conceive. Earlier my re prescribed me metformin. I am really tired with all this medicine.
Is it possible to conceive naturally with pcos? I mean just by controlling diet and with exercise.
Really need some motivation, feeling disheartened.

It certainly is! A lady I know has PCOS and has four kids (three of which were born in rather quick succession). She didn't use any meds to conceive.

Copying from another thread I posted in:
I did!!! I ttc for 13 months. After the 12th month, we did all the testing, I had an HSG, and we were going to start climid the next cycle. I was super tired the day my period was due, and tested for kicks and giggles knowing I was getting climid the next day. Imagine my surprise at two pink lines. I got pregnant 72 hours after HSG. Good luck! Oh yeah, I really focused on exercise.

Thankyou honeybee for giving me hope.
My re has prescribed me femara, but i am thinking to avoid this month. She will be doing follicular study, so i will get to know whether i am ovulating or not. If not i will go for femara next cycle.
This cycle i am doing low carb diet with exercise.
