Hi All,
Just wondered if I could let you know what I am eating, etc to see if I am on the right track for my girl sway.
I have been skipping breakfast and just having a cup of coffee
My lunch options have been; Cheddar cheese bagel, Chicken breast with broccoli, Brussel sprouts and Carrots, Plain rice with spinach and cucumber, chicken and mushroom soup.
My dinner options have been; Spaghetti bolognaise. Chicken wrap with spinach, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and cucumber. Cottage pie with veg and roast potatoes. Chicken dinner with veg, roast potatoes, parsnips and gravy. Spicy bean burger with spinach.
I have been having small portions and having mints in between if I feel hungry.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance! :ttcgirl:
