Hi there,

I have been on the LE diet for a couple of months now and just started my first round of Clomid. Next week we'll TTC (so exciting!!!) and are planning on one attempt on Trigger day.
I need some advice regarding the attempt:
we are doing FR 7 days leading up to O since the spermiogram of my DH showed that he has A LOT OF SPERM and since he is older (41). But here's the thing: even though he has a lot of sperm, the motility is very low, no fast swimming sperm at all. Plus, the morphology is very bad too: only 2,5% of his sperm has nice morphology. The tricky thing is now, to get as many, healthy sperm to the egg as needed for conception, but also not too much since high sperm count sways boy.
So, I'm not sure if I should Jump&Dump at all (too much with the Clomid, the FR, bad motility, bad morphology)? How about CFR 12 hous before? Maybe too much?

How long would you suggest to keep lying in bed after BD??
Hope, this question makes sense and is not silly.
Oh, and I’m 39 so time is not on our side and I never got PG with Jump&Dump. Got PG with DS1 with multiple attempts and staying in bed the whole night after BD and with DS2 with one attempt and staying in bed the whole night after BD.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Here is his sperm Analysis results:

Volume: 320 Mio/ml
Motility
A: 0%
B: 56%

Morphology normal: 2,5%
Head defects: 97%

I know it sounds hard to believe but those numbers are actually not that bad. So please don't over think that.

Drop FR and CFR. They do nothing and really cut odds of conception. Just don't do them. Have DH release every 2-4 days.

I'd give it 5 minutes to start with and then extend the length of time you stay laying down.

Atomic, one more question: I Payed for Renewal of Personal Coaching But Can't accesss for Forum. What can I do ?

Oh no sorry I'll message someone who can help.

So since you only have 2 months of Clomid I'd def. do every 4 days if you want to - will really help. Both before and after your fertile window opens. This protects you in case of early or late ovulation.
