Heya :)

I just wondered if i did want to sway girl can i have any chocolate or are their specifics that are better then the others;
example - i have a sudden craving for jaffa cakes (dark chocolate and orange filling biscuit cake things) how would they sway? too nutritious with the dark chocolate?
and can the chocolate just be a milk chocolate bar for example?
Question about dark chocolate, is that for everything them dark chocolate and mint sweets and everything?...

Milk or white chocolate is best for pink, instead of dark chocolate. Dark chocolate sways blue so it’s best to avoid it. Just make sure that the chocolate fits into your daily limits. If you have PCOS, I would avoid sweet treats altogether.

I always had 4 squares of Dove milk chocolate through out my day while swaying!

We don't know. Typically dark chocolate contains more nutrients/antioxidants than milk or white so it's seen as more blue friendly. It's probably okay on occasion but it's one of those things that we can go without when swaying pink (and this is coming from a chocoholic ;) ). Milk chocolate or white chocolate are fine to have as are really any other sweets. No one specific sweet or dessert is better for pink. If you have PCOS though, I'd avoid sugar.

Absolutely! One of these won’t derail your sway! Enjoy!

There are no forbidden foods on LE Diet, the most important thing is the limits for the day. So stick to those as much as possible.

milk and white choc is best as it has fewer nutrients though
