My sway attempt is getting closer just want to fine tune some things. First is chai tea ok to drink? Sometimes I will have 1 cup in the morning instead of coffee with a splash of milk. Also is it ok to have snacks in between my two meals a day if my calories are too low? Like if I had a really small lunch could i eat something midway between? Or after dinner? I'm still getting at least a 15 stretch between dinner and first meal.

I would skip the tea and do coffee instead but have it if that's want you want. It's really up to you if you're comfortable having it.
Keep snacking to a minimum but I think if your calories are low, then maybe just do 3 meals a day instead (or 4 if that works better for you). It's probably fine though if you're doing lunch, a mini meal then dinner and then having that long overnight fast. I know plenty of ladies here including myself would sometimes have a small meal later in the evening after dinner if calories/fat/protein were too low.

I usually don't eat till noon or one then have dinner around 5-7. Is dessert ok to eat then? I'll switch back to coffee I just get bored with creamers sometimes and try tea for awhile but its not a big deal!

Dessert is fine as long as you don’t have PCOS. 2-3 meals is also fine. Just make sure you’re sticking to the 1500-1800 calories, 40-50g protein, and 35-50g fat a day, and you should be fine!

I'd stay away from tea and have coffee instead. But that having been said if you gotta have it now and then it's not a dealbreaker, we're just trying to avoid the daily tea.

You can have 2 or 3 meals, both are fine and allowed. So yes you can add in a snack or third meal if you've only had 2.
