Currently I'm taking a high dose vit D (10.000 from solgar) I need it especially in winter because of my depressive mood. I'll start my sway first February. Shall I quit the vit D from now on?

I’m assuming you take this once a week, correct? It’s entirely up to you. If you have a known deficiency, then you need to take it. If not, and you can do without it, I would since it sways heavily blue. That being said, don’t worry if you are deficient. I was deficient in Vitamin D and took this and was able to conceive my DD.

Yes I'm taking it once a week. Actually I don't have a deficiency at all but it makes me feel better but I don't need it.

Shall I quit it yet or next year in February?

If you really don't need it then I'd drop it now.

Yes I'd have you continue for now. Closer to your sway (like mid-jan) you may want to go to every week and a half.

:agree: if you don't have a deficiency I'd just gradually space doses furhter and further out till down to one every 3 weeks, then drop it.

We have found that going in the sun really doesn't seem to sway much if at all (and I WANT you guys to live a normal life and not stay cooped up inside obsessing over swaying 24-7! go outside!!). The supplemental Vit. D does seem to sway, going in the sun is no biggie.
