Hi i am struggling with the diet and need some moral support!!

Firstly, no matter how i am eating i will very likely loose some significant weight (just way my body works and i am ok to lose this weight/want too)

Ok, so i havent been doing this long and say in 5 days done 3 good / stuck to plan 2 gone over ... wayy over infact gone mad!!
i think reason gone mad is im getting serious sugar crashes, and then brain goes sod it EAT!! and i eat .. and eat .. and eat... mostly more sugar stuff tho so haha!
is there anyway i can stick to the calories and get thru the sugar crashes without going on a binge? i also struggle with only eating 3x a day.. i used to only eat 3x but i did go off my general being good diet for a while / put on weight / how i know ill lose weight quickly and for sure because not only am i back to eating stricter im also eating less calories.

Should add i also struggle to get protein levels high enough without going over calorie wise.. im probably going wrong on food choices i suppose... any ideas?

I find that the people who have trouble getting through the day on LE or end up binging on foods are the ones that aren't eating enough in the first place. PLEASE make sure you're within LE limits. Track it on something like MyFitnessPal if you have to but please make sure you're eating enough. Also, it could be the foods you're eating. If you really need to, you can do up to four meals a day but I suspect it's the foods you're eating that are causing these sugar crashes and binges. I may even suggest the PCOS version. Could you tell me what a typical day looks like for you food wise?

http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html If you're having big blood sugar crashes and have some weight to spare you'll do better on this type of diet. Then up calories to stop/slow weight loss.

If you tell me more about what you're eating I'll tell you what to tweak.

:agree: the single biggest predictor of cheating on LE Diet is people not eating enough.

:agree: if you really can't stick to 3 meals go to 4 or even 5, but be sure you are actually giving the 3 meals a decent go. Like if you're eating a rice cake and 3 craisins or (and if I recall this is more what you're doing) a bunch of sugar with no real food then that sets you up for failing and you'll be better off aiming at goals you can achieve rather than trying something impossible.
