Hi,

I posted before about getting pregnant without plan although I had planned to start a girl sway the following year. Well I ended up having a miscarriage at 5 weeks 5 days as the baby stopped developing (Last week). My partner and I really want a baby now as although whilst this sounds bad, we were really committed to that pregnancy and knew dates of finding out sex, when tri ended etc. Anyway, we both have decided we really really want a baby girl.
We were hoping to get pregnant relatively soon, however, I am really scared because during my pregnancy I went from running to walking to be safe, started eating heaps of cereal and frequently, gained weight, and I know this is meant to sway for a baby boy. At the moment I am trying to eat low everything, skipping breakfast, eating yogurt, raspberries, bread, bread crisps, running an hour a day 6 days a week (back to old routine) and continuing to take my folic acid. However I am scared because I put on weight during my pregnancy I will sway boy.

I'm sorry if I have offended anyone, but can I please have some advice on swaying for a baby girl. We are really wanting to get pregnant in the next 6 weeks, whilst I know 12 plus is rec.

Thanks

First off I'm so sorry for your loss.

Since you're a bit short on time before trying, probably the best thing you could do for pink is have one attempt. Don't worry about the weight gain. It's not the best predictor anyway for pink or blue. Your change in diet while pregnant isn't likely to have sabotaged your sway since you probably were only eating that way for a couple of weeks. Good luck!

So sorry for your loss. :(

The loss may sway somewhat pink for you. Just let go what you did while you were pregnant and regroup.

I am not sure you're eating the kind of diet we recommend on this site but that is here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

Like ks mentions (thank you!) the best thing you can do for a hurry up sway is have one attempt. For reasons we don't understand, one attempt has been quite effective for swaying.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.

So would you recommend I try with my first cycle after my MC or wait for one after or would I lose the Pink sway?

And I know this sounds dumb, but by you meaning have one attempt does that mean only BD once?

Thanks soooooooooooooo much!! :)

One attempt in your fertile window, do you do opks? Usually one attempt is st your first positive opk!

You can have sex other times during your cycle protected :)

If it's ok for you to try that soon, then try for the first egg. If it isn't then the effects may last into the second month, we just aren't sure

One attempt = one unprotected intercourse. you can have more than that but do use protection.
