How do you increase and test PH levels ? For boy swaying?

Hi sorry I thought I had posted in the wrong area, and I couldn't work out how to delete.

We are hopefully trying IVF but just want to cover all bases, especially with the Christmas holidays coming up and the excitement of having a baby.
