my hubby is taking multivatamin but i found the above have l carnitine ,grape seed , maca ,asian ginseng,coq10 so which one do u think is better,the above link one or just plain multivitamin my hubby have no fertility issue he is 40 .

I don't love the maca and ginseng and some of the megadose nutrients in that.

Plus it's insanely expensive for what you get.
