Cant lower ph. Help!

On le diet
60000mg x 1 for me and x 2 for dh / day
Diet coke every day for both

My ph is 5.75 and dh is a 9.
With aci jel i am 5.5 and combined is about 6.

Will be doing bd in a few days. Is this too high?
How can i get it down quickly?

Combined pH of 6 is not bad at all. I know they say 4.5-5 but I got a boy with pH in that range that never went up till after I was already pregnant. Most of us have given up on testing pH. It's just another thing to obsess over and there have been sooo many pH opposites on both sides - boy to girl, girl to boy - it is pretty much impossible for me to believe in it any more. I have seen people get boys with pH in the 4 range squirting lime juice up the wazoo every hour on the hour for days on end.

If you must, I'd do a vinegar and water douche about 4-6 hours before you plan to BD (storebought) and then a fingertip of acijel about an hour before. Do I think you need to or SHOULD do this, no, but that is one way to do it.

Good to know about ph as I don't want to do any limenor anything like that.
I used a whole application of aci gel. Should I not use that much?
Also how soon after acI jel should we bd?

I have been on le diet and am taking cranberry and licorice root. Hubby is on cranberry.
No red meat and no tea.
We will bd soon as soon as we get a faint positive on ovulation test.
Does this sound ok to you?

Oh jeez, I cannot recommend that much! I never recommend that for women to take anyway and the last I heard the recommendation even on Ingender where they do advise cranberry is only 10,000 max. I would wean back off of those right away. The side effects could be fatal and you can't just quit taking it suddenly because that could also be fatal.

What is the dose on the bottle? I would not exceed the dose on any bottle of cranberry.

YOU"RE taking licorice root? That is for husbands only. You need to stop taking that right away it can harm a fetus and we don't know how long the effects last.

Most people use about a fingertip full of Acijel. The more you use, the longer you should wait before BD, so if you do want to use an applicator then BD at least 1-2 hours later because if you BD too soon you'll have no chance of conception

Oh goodness! Thats half the dosage on the bottle.
So I can't just stop?
Do I need to wean off licorice root?
Have you got any info on the licorice root?
Maybe I should wait til next month to bd?
So worried now!

I am taking 1 / 6th of the dosage on the bottle of licorice root. It doesn't say for males only.

Oh gosh that's a relief, that means it's formulated differently and is being measured in some other units that I'm not familiar with. If that's what it says on the bottle then continue.

no need to wean off licorice root, just stop taking it. It is 100% not safe when trying to conceive and may cause serious harm to your baby. https://www.livescience.com/57771-pregnant-women-should-avoid-licorice.html I can't say whether to skip the month or not you have to follow your heart on that.
