I've had cramping in my lower back for the majority of the day yesterday and again today. Then earlier today, I felt wet "down there" and I had redish pink spotting twice and only when I wiped. Now it's completely gone! I have no idea what's going on as I have never had any spotting at all! I have PCOS, so I do not ovulate on my own. But, I am on femara and always ovulate on femara on CD 14 or 15. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen and what it could be!
