TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
skipped breakfast, diet coke, crystal light, low sodium
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I really do believe diet was everything for this sway. I didn't realize but I totally had a boy friendly diet before, this time I skipped break, tried to stay away from salt and have a more girl friendly diet.

No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He did not really change diet but was aware that I was and super supportive.

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

LOW SODIUM I think really helped!
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Diet and lucky I think played a huge part in my success.

Did lose any weight with diet just cut out salt.

stayed consistent with normal exercise 30mins a day.
