New TTC pink in April!

Hello!!! I will be swaying for pink with my 5th and last child. I am hoping for my first attempt to be in April or May so I plan to put my sway in motion next month. I currently have 4 amazing boys but have yearned for a girl every since I found out I was pregnant for the first time. I heard about swaying this year and wish I knew about it way sooner lol....now I see why I have 4 boys.. I love steak, lots of starchy foods, cereal and lack exercise. So far this is what I have in mind for my sway:

12 weeks on LE diet - 3 cups coffee, diet coke, delay or skip breakfast, and an alcoholic beverage every night

1 hour cardio at least 5 days a week

Supplements- folic acid 1200 mg

Clomid?? Would love to add this to my sway. I know my Doctor will not prescribe it and I'm skeptical about purchasing online if anyone has any leftovers please pm me, I will happily buy it from you!!

BD every 4 days


This is my last chance to try for my little girl so please send lots of pink dust my way and all suggestions are welcome to improve my sway!

Good luck to you! I think I will be starting to try in March, so have kicked off with atomics fertility diet! Might be cheating a bit here and there over the festive season. Including tonight for hubbys birthday, oops!

I am also planning to sway.I have 3 boys , last sway resulted in twin boys .
I am planning cardio , weight loss and to bd once with a three day cut off as I feel both boys resulted in a 2 day cut off with lack of a weight loss around the time of conception

I have also started the contraception pill as I hear it sways and plan to use cloud in April the first cycle after stopping the pill

Hi and welcome Gina! Your sway is looking great to me! I'd have you add in fiber as per this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/62405-fabulous-fasting-fantastic-fiber-fhenominal-folate.html

Clomid is great if you can get some!

I would probably start off with one attempt and give that a couple months - either at positive OPK or at a cutoff. But if your cycle is irregular or just if you prefer it that way, e4d is ok too. :)

Twins how exciting! You have a really good sway strategy.....great minds think alike . I also thought about starting the pill for now and then stop in April and taking Clomid if I can get it. Sending lots of pink dust your way!

Just had my gender ultrasound today, and after 4 boys..... It's A Girllll!!!!! :pregnant: Thank you God first and foremost but also a huge thank you to Atomic and Gender dreaming as I believe swaying made a difference.
