Hi guys. so my MF (i think thats what its called on here) has started, this is OK cause i did plan to try conceive in this cycle.. (lots of reasons why a September baby is very practical more work reasons... i really could use conceiving this month for that alone...
Basically, i havent done this diet for long im not ganna lie, i been on'ish it for 2 weeks. Yep i know its not enough to completely sway properly but im hoping it might have a helped even if just a little.... (my diet previous wasnt too far off this anyway, i ate 3x a day just perhaps had more protein and fortified vitamin foods).

Basically i have charted my periods since March '17 i am due to be fertile this month according to that chart, 23rd-29th December... (i have a ovulation kit also).. Ovulation kit gives you 4 days of which you are fertile.
Looking at my period tracker likely fertile days are 23rd-29th December, for certain reasons we will definitely be BD' 27th December.
We are not a couple who generally BD a lot, maybe once every 2 weeks.. maybe!?... haha. and when we do BD he doesnt produce a lot of sperm, which gets to my next point / question.. since lots of BD lowers sperm count.. but considering what i mention about him not producing a lot of sperm, should we BD every 4 days or hold off till First Ovulation positive.? torn because low sperm count = girl but worried too much will make what he produces even smaller... If i was to BD often i would like do 16, 20, 24, 28. or 17, 22, 27th for example... Please evaluate my BD plans if you could :)

I am also tempted to ... based on ovulation kit and depending on when it picks up on me ovulating, to try for the 4 days.. (it will give a smiley face when you are ovulating and this apparently pin points 4 fertile days). Thank you.

How do you know he doesn't produce a lot of sperm? You can't tell with the naked eye. Do you mean he doesn't produce a lot of semen? That's not a good indicator of sperm count. A man could produce lots of semen but have a low count and vice versa.

Just BD whenever you get a pos OPK. BD every four days works too...just depends on what you're comfortable with. If you do decide to just attempt at pos OPK then keep BDing every 4 days until AF in case of late O.

Haha :) yeh to naked eye it doesnt look a lot anyway... just was concerned that if BD too much make even smaller amount... just if girl favours lower sperm numbers then... perhaps BD every 4 makes more sense? But same point... if lower sperm count does make for girl why does BD every day thru fertile window favour boys? (Is it the fresher sperm = better sperm so boy)

It's "AF" which means "Aunt Flo" LOL...like "you know that terrible old Aunt Flo came to visit." :)

If you want to try this month you need to do one attempt. That is what I recommend for anyone who hasn't been on diet that long.

Just to reiterate what ks mentioned, you can't tell how much sperm a guy makes by the amount of semen that comes out. They're not directly related to one another, you can have a guy who has a small sample that is chock full o' swimmers and then a guy who makes tons of semen with barely any living sperm in it (and yeah we have had people who've had this tested!!)

So I would strongly urge you to do one attempt.

Thank You :) tbh its more like us to NOT BD often so suits us better every 4 day thing seems suchhh an effort :p anyway, why is it you recomend only the kne attempt? I know this is me being very annoying again and i appologise but if we did happen to try more... after ovulation or say a day before.. why would this hinder chances girl when lower sperm count / releasing more gets a girl better?

And lastly, would BD every 4 up my chances to conceive? This is because more fresher / better sperm? To wait till ovulation there would be less good sperm but a higher sperm count overal?

We don't know why one attempt works. We just know it's gotten good results for pink.

One attempt has had better results for us over time. We don't know why, but it's been a really strong and undeniable trend and I recommend everyone start off with one attempt before doing e4d as spelled out in this thread: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9736-how-many-attempts-should-i-do-when-pink-blue.html

I really feel like I am answering the same questions again and again, no offense. Last try. Yes, e4d is better odds of conception because (as I explained in more detail in at least one of your other threads) you may ovulate sooner or later than you think. But it may be lower odds of pink. One attempt is pinker but may not be as good of a chance of conception since you may be mistaken about when you ovulate but may be more pink friendly.
