I had a successful sway last year! I really want another girl! I think I gone crazy, but I became obsessive and really wanting another daughter. My daughter is 12 months and when I see two sisters so close in age my heart melts. Not that I’m not totally happy and complete with my family now. My older children adore their baby sister and my almost 4 year old son loves his baby sister.

I have mirena in right now, it gives me some issue with cramping etc, doc said just to remove it but I get pregnant quickly so I choose to leave it in. Will leaving it in help sway?

I know mirena does help sway pink but obviously you'd have to get it removed before TTC. How long have you had it in? I'm not sure how long after removal it sways for.

I know we talked about this before Princess but just remember - you can still get a boy, and every baby you have is that much less time with your DD! Sisters are great and everything but remember there is something cool about just you and her being the two girls in the family (at least that's what I tell myself) and I really do regret not having more one on one time with my little girl. Just food for thought!

Re the Mirena, if you are miserable it isn't worth it! Yes, we think having it removed shortly before TTC may help sway pink but it's not been perfectly reliable (plenty of opposites) and I don't want you crampy and sick for months if you're still some ways away from TTC!!

Thanks atomic! I’m not 100 percent sure about baby number 5 but I will see as time goes on. I do have two girls lol my older daughter is 8. She just fracture her collar bone, and I agree the more kids the less time spent with other kids. I spend more time with my two younger ones, and my two older ones need me a lot. It does get hard to balance.

When I had mirena after my first daughter I had it for about almost 4 years. I got it removed and conceived a week after but had a miscarriage. Then conceived my second son after that he is now almost 4.

I have to say my baby girl is amazing and I just adore and cherish every moment. They grow up so fast
