Access to input questionnaires?

I purchased a $99 TTC Boy bundle 11 days ago. I'm not sure I've been given access to the questionnaire forum needed to put together my plan. Or I just can't find it. Also, can someone point out where/how I can download the other items described as being "available for immediate download upon payment"? Nothing in my spam, nor any messages here.

Oh geez I'm so sorry klancy I have no way to check up on these things (since some people just buy a plan and then do the questionnaires when they get to them!) I'll message someone who can fix this!

Sorry for the confusion. You have access to the 21-day mesl guide and the questionnaires. Once the questionnaires are fillies out, we will get right to work on your plan!

Just post your questions right beneath the link to your plan, that way it's all private (this spot isn't private) and I have all your info in one spot to reference. :)
