After an anxious 16 weeks we had our gender scan today and she was looking for ages and said she can clearly see 3 lines
And that she wouldn't tell me unless she knew
But obviously 16 weeks exactly is early and I don't want to get my hopes up

Is this deffo a girl???

16 weeks is NOT too early and I agree that is a girl!!

I burst into tears when she told me
And I keep welling up at just the thought of having my own daughter
Will make them confirm at the 20 week scan but I can finally enjoy being pregnant and let myself be happy!

it didnt fully sink in for me for a while after my DD1 was born (i had her after 4 boys) as crazy as this sounds i kept doing double takes at every nappy change for the first few days!!

Definitely - my daughter will be four months old a few days after Christmas, and I still have OMG I have a daughter moments!

Congratulations on your little girl!! Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy - it's so surreal to get what you've been longing for, but oh my, it's the BEST feeling!

Keep bursting into tears at the thought!
Let myself buy a few girls clothes and I can't stop crying when I look at them!
But obviously I'm now panicking that they got it wrong and the baby will sprout a willy?
Because I can't see the 3 lines in the pic I'm panicking?? Surely I'd see at least abit of a willy if there was one at 16 weeks?

Anyway, me and my partner are just both on cloud 9! Feels like I'm in a dream! I can't wait to have a daughter!
Partner isn't letting me lift a finger, wants me to rest all the time bless him! X
